Seriously!!
How hard is it to give all your revisions in one go?! Is it a rule that you have to make other people’s lives miserable? Can’t other people save time too?! Is it too much to ask that you not drive me crazy by giving me the tinniest revisions one after the other?! Because I can handle them all at once, you know. It’ll save us both the time and trouble.

Wow, first actual rant.
Dear Angela, I know in the past I’ve caused you pain and I’m sorry. And I’ll always be sorry ’till the day I die. And I hate this pen I’m holding because I should be holding you. I hate this paper under my hand because it isn’t you. I even hate this letter because it’s not the whole truth. Because the whole truth is so much more than a letter can even say. If you want to hate me, go ahead. If you want to burn this letter, do it. You could burn the whole world down; you could tell me to go to hell. I’d go, if you wanted me to. And I’d send you a letter from there. Sincerely, Jordan Catalano
Awwwwww.
Why must this show end?! After just one season?! WHY?! I *so* need to watch it again. I’ve forgotten how great it was.
Tilda Swinton is love. Her reaction was so genuine, her speech was awesome without trying so hard and she just looked herself…not totally dolled up because that’s not her. And it’s so obvious she didn’t expect to win.
Who cares if she looks like Conan O’Brien?!
And Jon Stewart’s Tom Hanks intro WINS! “Our next presenter Tom Hanks has won 2 Academy Awards, although he is not nominated tonight. So if you ask me, he has NO PLACE BEING HERE!”
I remember being bummed that my 2nd favorite X-Man (Remy LeBeau aka Gambit) is left out of the movies. (FYI, my 1st is Rogue.) Well, imagine how much I wanted to dance when I found out that he will be in the next movie (X-Men Origins: Wolverine). And imagine my inner explosion when I found out who will be playing him!!

Pardon the crappy graphic, I just got that from the article here. He could *totally* play Gambit. I know most people are disappointed because they thought Josh Holloway (or whoever) from Lost will play Gambit, but I think Taylor Kitsch is a better choice, he even sounds like Gambit (at least the Gambit in my head). Not just cos I’m addicted to him right now. That Lost dude is too old to play Gambit especially since the movie will take place in Wolverine’s past.

Tell me he can’t play Gambit! C’mon! The hair, the scowl, the scruff. He even has the abs down pat! Why won’t 2009 come yeeeet?!
Didn’t really do much over the weekend. You can call me lame if you want, but I’m not really the type who parties. Nor are my friends, and that’s probably why we love each other so much. Anyway…the past weekend was movie weekend. Saturday was Juno day.

Who else loves it? I want to marry it and have its baby. And call it JJ, short for Juno Junior. Ya like?! My friend Lai (shoutout!) was afraid that all her gushing would overrate it for me, but it totally didn’t. My sister and I still can’t stop talking about it. As soon as we got on our computers today, we headed to its imdb page to read the quotes and started sending IMs to each other with our favorite ones (because we’re dorks). I was already a big fan of Michael Cera’s prior to this movie, so it’s safe to say that I absolutely adored him!! But Ellen Page totally took me off guard. I had only seen her in X3 before, so I wasn’t prepared for the adorableness. The movie was beautifully written and her delivery of the lines was fantastic. No wonder she got an Oscar nod. Oh, and everytime I see Rainn Wilson make a cameo in any movie, it makes me giggle. I will always see him as Dwight Schrute. So if you haven’t seen the movie, you’re missing a lot. Go see it now! (I like pimping stuff here, apparently)
Sunday was Jumper day.

The movie itself was alright for me. It was a bit anti-climactic. I guess they’re going to make a sequel? Of course the effects were great, especially that Jamie Bell part where he was running towards Samuel L. Jackson, ready to punch his lights out. And damn it, I was not prepared for how hot Hayden Christensen would get after Star Wars (because that’s his last movie that I actually saw). And yeah, his acting skills improved somewhat…his loving gaze at Rachel Bilson while they were in the coliseum is what stuck with me. And AnnaSophia Robb is like a mini Keira Knightley so I’ve loved her since Terabithia (freaked me out in Wonka, though) and her small role in this film made me happy. But that’s about it. It lacked a lot of explanations, there were some inconsistencies…but I guess if they’re planning on a sequel, they still have time for all that. All in all, go see this movie if you’re into eye candy (hot people, beautiful sceneries, awesome effects). Otherwise, get the DVD or wait for it on HBO.
Also, while waiting to watch Jumper, I bought the Disturbia DVD because that movie is LOVE! I’m in the middle of rewatching it with the commentary and it’s hilarious. Shia and the director are funny people. Sarah Roemer…not so much. She sounds like a stuck up diva. There are a lot of extras on the DVD but I was disappointed with the outtakes cos there were only a few scenes.
Other than that…my weekend was pretty uneventful. How was yours?!
I’m the biggest procrastinator that you will ever meet. I’m serious. I think I work best when I’m cramming and the deadline is not just around the corner, but right beside me. So it’s safe to say that I’m not always so serious when I’m in the office, especially since I work with my sister who’s equally (if not more) lazy.

Yes, my sister actually fell asleep on her chair like that. We love Yogurbud! And lastly, my sister playing games on her cellphone.
So, on top of being an FNL addict, I’m also an OTH addict. A Leyton addict to be precise. I just saw the latest episode and just had to *squee* about it here, of all places. (You just couldn’t have done it in your own time, in your own room, huh?! ;P )
You gotta’ love the drama!
Okay, first up…Superbad is one of my favorite movies. It’s very rare that I will actually say that about a comedy, but that movie was brilliant. I adore Michael Cera! So you can imagine how hopped up I was when I stumbled upon another brilliant Michael Cera project. Clark and Michael is an internet show that has about 10 10-minute episodes that feature friends Clark Duke and Michael Cera as “idiot versions” of themselves, as Cera puts it.
That’s just the preview. The show is pretty funny. I actually sat through the entire series and finished it because I couldn’t get enough of it. Their website also has a profile page for both characters, pictures and blog entries that are equally funny.
So go check them out: Clark and Michael. I promise you, you won’t regret it. (If you do, then get out of here! I don’t want people with no sense of humor reading my journal.)

So yeah…I guess I’m borderline obsessed with this show. I just finished watching season 1 and I can’t wait to watch the 2nd season. Why aren’t more people watching it? Why is it in danger of being canceled? If you’re not watching it, you’re missing out on a lot.

- He plays Tim Riggins. Really, you need more reasons!?
